Your Design: Do you have ready-made CAD drawings, or are you looking to customize one of our existing popular models (like the BSKS16)?
Branding: Your plans for logos, color schemes, and packaging.
Outcome: A preliminary feasibility analysis and a rough quotation, setting clear expectations from the start.

Step 2: Quotation & Prototyping – Turning Ideas into Reality
Once we have a clear understanding, we move to the formal proposal stage.
Detailed Quotation: We provide a comprehensive FOB quote outlining all costs, including unit price, mold fees (if applicable), and tooling costs. There are no hidden fees.
Prototype Development: If a new design is needed, our engineering team will create a prototype. This is a crucial step for:
Form & Fit: Ensuring the design is ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing.
Function: Testing the integration of the motor, battery, and controller.
Approval: You will have the opportunity to review, test, and request adjustments to the prototype until it perfectly matches your vision.
Step 3: Contract & Deposit – Formalizing Our Partnership
With an approved prototype and quotation, we formalize our agreement.
Signing the Contract: The contract clearly outlines specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule, and quality standards.
Deposit Payment: A deposit is required to initiate mass production and secure your order slot in our production schedule. We provide a proforma invoice for easy payment,we support T/T, alibaba trade assurance (you can choose paypal/ credit card/ AliPay). If your order is over 5pcs, we support to do 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.

Step 4: Mass Production – Precision and Quality at Scale
This is where your vision comes to life on a large scale. Our modern factory floor and quality control team swing into action.
Transparent Communication: We believe in keeping you informed. You will receive regular production updates, including photos and videos of the production line.
Stringent QC Checks: Our quality control is integrated into every stage:
Incoming QC: Inspection of all raw materials and components (e.g., battery cells, frame tubing).
In-Process QC: Monitoring the production line at key stages like welding, painting, and assembly.
Pre-Shipment QC: A final, thorough inspection of the fully assembled e-bikes against the approved prototype and checklist.


Step 5: Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection
We dedicate a separate step to quality assurance because it’s that important. Before anything is packed, we conduct a rigorous pre-shipment inspection (PSI).
What we check: Functionality of brakes, lights, and motor; battery performance; frame alignment; paint quality; and correct branding application.
Your Option: You are welcome to send a third-party inspector to oversee this process, ensuring complete peace of mind.
Step 6: Shipping & After-Sales Support – Delivering Value
The final step is getting your products to you efficiently and reliably.
Logistics Expertise: We handle all the necessary documentation and work with trusted freight forwarders to ensure smooth sailing (or flying!) to your designated port (FOB terms). We can also assist with CIF shipments if required.
After-Sales Support: Our partnership doesn’t end at delivery. We provide:
