We understand that as our overseas partner, your two biggest concerns are: "When will my order be ready?" and "Why does it take so long?"

To answer these questions clearly, we are fully transparent about our 6-step process and the key timelines involved. This isn't just a production schedule; it's our commitment to honest cooperation and quality.

The Lifecycle of Your Order: 6 Steps to Ensure Every Minute Counts

Phase 1: Pre-Production (Ensuring We Build the Right Product)
*The time for this phase varies based on communication and design complexity, typically 1-4 weeks. While it takes time, it prevents costly mistakes and rework later.*

  • Step 1: Discovery & Consultation: We don't just take orders. We invest time to understand your brand, target market, and specific needs (motor, battery, frame, etc.). Outcome: A preliminary feasibility analysis.

  • Step 2: Quotation & Prototyping: We provide a detailed FOB quote with no hidden fees. If a new design is needed, our engineers will create a prototype for you to test and adjust until it perfectly matches your vision.

  • Step 3: Contract & Deposit: After sample approval, we sign a contract. A deposit (30% deposit for orders over 5pcs) secures your production slot.

Phase 2: Mass Production (Ensuring We Build a High-Quality Product)
This is the main part of the production lead time. Our quality control is integrated into every stage.

  • Step 4: Mass Production & Transparent Communication

    • Custom Models: Standard production time, from sourcing materials to final assembly, is 40-45 days.

    • In-Stock Models: Can be dispatched immediately. Lead time is very flexible.

    • Special Structures (e.g., four-link suspension): Due to complex engineering, this requires approximately 3 months.

    • Transparent Updates: During production, you will receive regular updates with photos and videos.

  • Step 5: Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

    • End-to-End QC: We conduct strict checks on incoming materials (Incoming QC), during production (In-Process QC), and a final Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) on every fully assembled bike, checking brakes, lights, motor, paint, and more.

    • Third-Party Inspection: You are welcome to send an inspector to oversee the PSI for complete peace of mind.

Phase 3: Shipping & After-Sales (Ensuring We Deliver the Product)
Time depends on the shipping method and destination.

  • Step 6: Shipping & After-Sales Support

    • Shipping Times:

      • To the USA: Approximately 14 days by sea.

      • To Europe (Rail + Delivery): Approximately 35 days.

    • Ongoing Support: We handle all documentation and assist with freight (FOB/CIF). After delivery, we provide spare parts and dedicated after-sales support.

Summary: How to Estimate Your Total Time

  • Need it Fast? Inquire about our in-stock models.

  • Need a Custom Design? Plan for 40-45 days production + shipping time.

  • Need a Special Structure (like four-link)? Plan for approximately 3 months production time.

We believe a clear process builds trust. The next time you ask, "Is my order ready?", we hope this transparent timeline gives you—and your customers—complete confidence.
